What types of bows do you sell? We sell different style wraps such as topknots, sailor, messy, regular, & shredded! We also offer single bows on nylon or clip, & different style piggies! Please use our style guide for pictures!
What are the dimensions of wraps? Preemie/Newborn 12in, Baby 14in, Toddler 16in.
Sizes on hand made apparel? Our sizes range from newborn - youth. Please email for size 6 years and up and/or any other questions. Most of our fabric is stretchy, True to size unless stated otherwise.
What is your current TAT (turn around time)? 25-30 business days. Unless it is a custom order or preorder item. Custom orders current TAT is 35 business days. Business days are Monday-Friday, not including weekends or holidays. Please allow an additional 2-5 business days for delivery. All orders ship through USPS
How does preorders work? You place an order for an item that will ship out to you later on. Estimated TAT for preorders varies on item. TAT begins when preorder closes if there is one, it will be noted on preorder item. *If ordered multiple items with preorder items and you would like your nonpreorder items shipped out please email us 1-2 business days after placing order to purchase additional shipping.
Do you do custom orders? Yes! Please email us with contact information and specify your custom order. Bows, handmade apparel or tees! Custom orders are paid in full at time of order. TAT varies depending on custom order and store availability. TAT begins after payment received.
Do you do returns? No. If there is an issue please contact us and we will do our best to make it right!
