- All items are handmade and made to order.
- Please allow 35–45 business days for order processing (excluding weekends and holidays).
- Because each piece is handmade with care, turnaround times may vary slightly, especially during sales, launches, or holidays.
- By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to this processing timeframe.
Shipping Time
- Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2–7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
- Shipping times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.
Shipping Rates
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and destination.
- We currently ship within the United States only.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Incorrect Address
- Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

- Returned packages due to address errors may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Lost or Stolen Packages

Damaged Packages
